The aim of this paper is to identify the adequate entrepreneurial support for business recovery after business failure. An exploratory study has been conducted with fifteen SME Tunisian companies and shows multiple results. As well as the theoretical results are concerned, a matrix combining successor identity, process phases and difficulties was presented. In fact, this study reveals that the psychological coaching is an efficient remedy to reduce emotional shock after experiencing unplanned failure whereas the social coaching is an efficient support of integrating successor following a planned failure in some social network. In addition, successor after business failure is deprived from social insertion and donating resources covered by business incubators.
