FACULTY POSITION
emlyon business school is seeking an Assistant or Associate Professor to strengthen its Strategizing and Strategic Leadership team. The candidate should have interest preferably in one or more of the following topics: Upper echelon theory, strategic leadership, top management team, strategizing processes, management consulting. He or she should master either qualitative, quantitative or mixed methods.
The candidate is also willing to join a team with an innovative research stream and publications, to contribute to cutting edge course and program development projects (Master in Management, MSc, EMBA, Executive education and Consulting) in a fast-growing and promising academic discipline and to teach in both English and French.
Applications are invited at Assistant, Associate level ? with a research focus- beginning full time in January 2022 in Lyon / Ecully campus, with possible travels to the other French campuses (Paris, St. Etienne).

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications in line with their level of application:
The candidate will be expected to contribute to and is regularly evaluated based on three areas of activities: (1) research performance, 2) teaching and student supervision, and (3) institutional service (e.g. administration, service in committees, representation of the school in the media and events).

Fluency in both English and French is required. The selected candidate is expected to be based in Lyon or nearby area. Emlyon has set-up a relocation policy to support the moving process.
