Description du projet. L’Université Côte d’Azur et le laboratoire GREDEG-CNRS (http://unice.fr/laboratoires/gredeg) recrute un post-doctorant en entrepreneuriat dans le cadre d’un projet européen sur la résilience des entreprises créées par les entrepreneurs sous représentés (femmes et migrants). Le projet européen est piloté par Stephen Roper et Kevin Mole de la Warick Business school. Le projet sur la France est issu de collaborations avec des chercheurs en entrepreneuriat de l’EM Lyon Business school, de l’ESCP et de Skema business school, tels que Sylvain Bureau (ESCP Europe), Janice Byrne (IESEG) et Alain Fayolle (Em Lyon Business school)
Mission. Le/la candidate devra appuyer la rédaction d’un rapport sur la résilience des entreprises et le développement de boîte à outils à destination de ces entrepreneurs. Le candidat devra ensuite collaborer avec deux membres du laboratoire GREDEG-CNRS, Benjamin Montmartin et Catherine Laffineur sur une étude sur la résilience des entreprises. Ce travail de recherche sera mené au sein du laboratoire GREDEG-CNRS à Sophia-Antipolis. L’objectif de ce travail est d’aboutir à une publication académique de haut rang en utilisant des données originales dans le domaine de l’entrepreneuriat, collectées dans le cadre de ce projet auprès de 600 entrepreneurs.
Profil recherché. Le candidat devra provenir d’une formation en économie et/ou statistiques, de préférence niveau doctorat. Il/elle devra avoir acquis de bonnes connaissances dans la réalisation de travaux quantitatifs (statistiques descriptives, économétrie linéaire, non linéaire). L’utilisation du logiciel STATA et/ou R est impérative. La connaissance de la littérature en entrepreneuriat sera appréciée. Le candidat devra également maîtriser parfaitement le français et l’anglais.

Description of the project. The University of Côte d'Azur and the GREDEG-CNRS laboratory (http://unice.fr/laboratoires/gredeg) are recruiting a post-doctoral student in entrepreneurship as part of a European project on business resilience among underrepresented entrepreneurs (women and migrants). The European project is led by Stephen Roper and Kevin Mole from Warick Business School. The French team is composed of several researchers coming from different institutions, such as Sylvain Bureau (ESCP Europe), Janice Byrne (IESEG) and Alain Fayolle (Em Lyon Business School)
Mission. The candidate will write an academic report on business resilience and develop toolkits for underrepresented entrepreneurs. The candidate will then collaborate with two members of the GREDEG-CNRS laboratory, Benjamin Montmartin and Catherine Laffineur on a study on business resilience. The objective of this work is to achieve an academic publication from a top-ranked journal in entrepreneurship, by using original collected as part of this project from 600 entrepreneurs.
Candidate profile. The candidate must come from a background in economics and / or statistics, preferably holding a PhD. He/she must have acquired good knowledge in carrying out quantitative work (descriptive statistics, linear and nonlinear econometrics). The use of the STATA and/or R software is imperative. Proficiency in French and some knowledge of the entrepreneurship literature will be appreciated.
