Résumé
S’appuyant sur l’étude longitudinale du déploiement d’une conduite de changement dans une entreprise industrielle française, de grande taille et leader dans son secteur, cette recherche examine les processus d’adoption des outils de gestion. Les résultats obtenus, au moyen d’une recherche-action, indiquent que les outils de gestion sont adoptés de façon efficace si les acteurs co-construisent cette adoption. Les résultats montrent également qu’il importe que les organisations favorisent cette co-construction par la mise en place de dispositifs appropriés. Les résultats laissent entendre enfin que la méthode d’adoption analysée est susceptible d’être étendue à d’autres organisations.
Abstract
Drawing on the longitudinal study of the deployment of behaviour of change in a large French, industrialized firm which is a leader in its sector, this research examines the processes of adopting management tools. The results obtained, by means of an action research method, indicate that management tools are adopted more effectively if the actors coconstruct the adoption. The results also show that it is important that organizations facilitate this co-construction by the implementation of appropriate devices. Finally, the results show that the method of analyzed adopted may be widened to other organizations.
