L’objectif de cet article exploratoire est de montrer que l’organisation, comme membre d’une méta-organisation, fonctionne avec les mêmes règles que l’individu (considéré comme membre d’une action collective) et partant, que la méta-organisation trouve ses racines dans la manière de fonctionner de l’individu. Cette exploration est réalisée en rapprochant les travaux de Brunsson et de Bourdieu, deux auteurs majeurs des sciences sociales, aux recherches a priori différenciées. L’analyse menée souligne l’intérêt de rapprocher le micro du méta et l’importance de la transversalité des théories. Sur le plan pratique, ce rapprochement est susceptible d’intéresser les dirigeants des organisations, confrontés à des contextes globaux et locaux, en fournissant une meilleure approche de la cartographie des processus de reproduction. The objective of this exploratory article is to show that the organization, as member of a meta-organization, operates with the same rules as the individual (considered as member of a collective action) and then, that the meta-organization finds its roots in the individual's way of working. This exploration is realized by moving closer to the works of Brunsson and Bourdieu, two major authors of the social sciences. The analysis carried out the interest to draw closer the micro and the meta and the importance of the transversality of the theories. In practical terms, this link is susceptible to interest the leaders of organizations, confronted with global and local contexts, by supplying a better approach to the mapping of the processes of reproduction.
