SKEMA Business School seeks a full-time postdoctoral researcher in Management and Leadership for Safety in Complex Projects, starting January 6, 2025, for one year (renewable once), with a gross salary of €3300/month.
Project: Funded by the DMaLSE project under the EU’s Instrument for Nuclear Safety Cooperation, focusing on nuclear dismantling and safety leadership.
Objective: Develop a science-based training program for future nuclear decommissioning project managers, awarding a Master's-level diploma.
Institutions Involved: Collaboration between Université Côte d’Azur, SKEMA Business School, and Karlsruhe Institut für Technologie (KIT).
Research Focus: Study complex nuclear decommissioning projects using qualitative methods to address safety and organizational challenges.
Responsibilities: Conduct literature reviews, qualitative studies, comparative case analyses, and develop pedagogical case studies and academic publications.
Qualifications: Ph.D. in Management or Science and Technology Studies with expertise in organizational studies, qualitative research, and safety leadership in complex projects.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and research abilities; fluency in French and English.
Location: Sophia Antipolis campus, France, working under Professors Renata Kaminska and Yoann Guntzburger.
