En cette fin d’année si particulière, nous avons le plaisir de vous transmettre le nouveau numéro de M@n@gement./o:p>

Le numéro 23(4) illustre la diversité et la pluralité de la communauté AIMS, son ouverture et son inclusion, tant méthodologique que théorique à travers cinq articles riches et originaux. Vous pourrez y lire une contribution d’Anne-Gaëlle Figureau, Anaïs Hamelin et Marie Pfiffelmann qui présente une méthodologie prometteuse et innovante, l’Enquête Validée Expérimentalement (EVS), qui permet d’aborder les questions comportementales et cognitives dans les questionnaires. Ce numéro sera aussi l’occasion d’adopter une approche holistique des stratégies d'incubation dans l'écosystème du soutien à l'entrepreneuriat grâce à la recherche de Christina Theodoraki. L’article de Zoé Squerren propose, quant à lui, une lecture renouvelée de la gouvernance plurielle concernant la gestion des services publics locaux. Sébastien Dubois et Pierre François étudient le concept de frontière afin de montrer comment ce concept peut aider à comprendre la forme sociale que prennent les carrières en étudiant le cas des poètes français. Enfin, une autre approche innovante méthodologiquement est dévelopée par Aura Parmentier Cajaiba et Giovany Cajaiba Santana, à travers l’élaboration de cartes visuelles permettant d’illustrer l’invisible dans les approches processuelles./o:p>

Un Unplugged conclut ce numéro : il est dédié à une conversation entre Alaric Bourgoin et Sébastien Stenger, suite à la parution de son ouvrage (Stenger, S. (2017). Au cœur des cabinets d’audit et de conseil. De la distinction à la soumission. Presses Universitaires de France)./o:p>

In this tough period, we are grateful for the opportunity to share with you this last issue of the year 2020, in an entirely free and open access journal M@n@gement. /o:p>

The issue 23(4) illustrates the diversity of the AIMS community, its openness and inclusiveness, both methodological and theoretical, through five original articles. You can read a contribution by Anne-Gaëlle Figureau, Anaïs Hamelin and Marie Pfiffelmann which presents a promising and innovative methodology, the Experimentally Validated Survey (EVS), which allows behavioural and cognitive issues to be addressed in surveys. This issue will also be an opportunity to adopt a holistic approach to incubation strategies in the ecosystem of entrepreneurial support thanks to the research of Christina Theodoraki. Zoé Squerren's article proposes a renewed reading of plural governance in the management of local public services. The research conducted by Sébastien Dubois and Pierre François focuses on the concept of boundaries that can help us to understand the social form that careers take, by exploring the case of French poets. Finally, another methodologically innovative approach is proposed by Aura Parmentier Cajaiba and Giovany Cajaiba Santana, through the elaboration of visual maps to illustrate the invisible in processual approaches./o:p>
