The Geneva School of Economics and Management of the University of Geneva (Switzerland) invites applications for a position of

Associate Professor in Management and Director of Executive Education

The successful candidate will actively contribute to the GSEM’s research and teaching activities in one of the following areas: entrepreneurship / strategy, international management, and organizational behavior / leadership.

The candidate will take on full responsibility for the management of our comprehensive executive education activities with annual revenues of CHF 8 million and 600 participants in more than 20 EMBA, MAS, DAS, and CAS programs.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a PhD in management (or equivalent) and are expected to have experience in academic teaching. Expertise in managing executive programs and fluency in both English and French is required. Managerial experience, expertise in conducting applied research, and established contacts to international companies and organizations are assets.
